BERG SUR MOSELLE
The Rouge des Près and Limousine cows graze quietly in the pastures while Jean-Nicolas and Jean-Philippe prepare their meat packs and turn milk into tomme hard cheeses, faisselle soft cheese, rice pudding, dessert creams and even “Mosella” : mozzarella made in Moselle! That would have been more than enough, of course, but no they even offer a selection of sweet treats such as spreads (free from palm oil) and boxes of chocolate. And don’t worry if you are casein-intolerant, there is even a goat’s milk spread.
