Of course there are wines, but also other products made of cherry plum, which is a fruit referred to as “the queen of the territory”. A number of domains manufacture foies gras and country terrine of Moselle, whereas other producers propose their vegetables, fruits, cheeses and delicatessens. In brief, it smells good here … Or as we say it in Platt (the ancient local language): “ça schmeck gut!”.
